Waitlist privacy notice
Last updated: October 12, 2026. This notice covers Eigna early-access registration through the online form or by email.
Who is responsible
Eigna Labs is the controller of your waitlist information. Contact us at contact@eigna.ai for privacy questions or requests.
Information and purposes
The online form uses Clerk as a processor for your email address and waitlist status. Loading and using the form also sends technical information such as your IP address, browser and operating system details, device identifiers, request times and interactions. This data supports registration, delivery of early-access emails, operation of the form and abuse prevention. Clerk may use necessary cookies and security checks for those functions.
If you join by email, we receive your email address, message and the usual email delivery information through our email service. We use them to manage your registration and respond to your request. The Eigna updates mentioned in the email fallback are limited to the waitlist and early access. Joining does not subscribe you to a broader marketing newsletter.
Cloudflare hosts this page and processes technical request information to deliver it and protect the service. We do not add advertising analytics to this page.
Legal basis and your choice
Registration and early-access emails rely on your consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a). You give that consent by submitting the online registration or asking to join by email. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before you withdrew.
Necessary technical processing to operate and protect the form relies on our legitimate interests under GDPR Article 6(1)(f): providing a working waitlist and preventing abuse. This includes browser requests made before you submit. You may object to this processing by contacting us, and can use the email option without loading the online form when it is unavailable.
How long information is kept
We keep active registration records only while you remain registered and the early-access waitlist is active. We remove them when you withdraw or when the early-access invitation process is complete, whichever comes first. Joining the product after an invitation is a separate process with its own notice.
Email correspondence is retained only while needed to handle registration or removal requests. Technical and security records are retained only while needed to operate the form, investigate abuse or meet legal obligations, under the providers’ applicable retention and deletion terms. Clerk’s DPA requires deletion within 90 days after its customer agreement ends; that contract-end limit is separate from removal of your active waitlist record.
Processors and international transfers
Clerk is a US provider, and online form information can be processed in the United States. Its Data Processing Addendum provides the EU-US Data Privacy Framework as the transfer mechanism while applicable, with Standard Contractual Clauses as the fallback, including the relevant UK and Swiss provisions. It also sets out encryption and other supplementary safeguards. You may contact us for information about applicable safeguards or request a copy.
Hosting and email providers also process information needed to deliver this service. You may request details about recipients and applicable transfer safeguards at our contact address.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, withdraw consent, or object where processing relies on legitimate interests. Email contact@eigna.ai to leave the list or exercise these rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
